  1. I have been eating a lot of spaghetti squash. Do you have any suggestions for toppings. I have been using gravy like you would use on pasta.

    1. There are tons of options! Because it's so mild in flavor, you can be as creative as you want with the toppings you use. I'll be posting a spaghetti squash recipe either this week or next so be on the lookout. In the meantime, I would try pesto or a creamy cauliflower alfredo sauce (try this recipe: http://detoxinista.com/2013/05/creamy-cauliflower-alfredo-dairy-free-nut-free/ )
